What is the e-gift card

The e-gift card is a non-nominative card that can be purchased online by the Customer on the website www.missbikini.it managed by Fashion Online Srls (the Seller), issued to the buyer, which can be used for future purchases or to give as gifts to relatives and friends.
The e-gift card is sent via email to the recipient indicated by the Customer at the time of purchase and can be used immediately, using the methods below, to purchase goods on www.missbikini.it

Validity period

The e-gift card may be used within 12 months of the date of receipt of the purchase confirmation email sent to the recipient of the e-gift card, unless the credit is exhausted before this deadline. It will be possible to check the remaining amount of the card at any time on the website www.missbikini.com

Features

• The e-gift card will be issued for the amount chosen by the Customer from a minimum of 50 euros to a maximum of 1000 euros.
• No discounts and/or promotions of any kind may be applied to purchase the e-gift card.
• It does not involve any emission, activation, or usage fees.
• It is not rechargeable.
• The recipient of the card will receive the e-gift card code by email.
• The e-gift card can be used in multiple solutions and can be used exclusively on the website www.missbikini.it, until the value is completely exhausted.
• The value of each purchase made will be deducted from the remaining amount of the e-gift card.
• It will be possible to check the remaining balance and all movements made with it at any time on the website www.missbikini.it in the e-gift card section.
• Should the value of the e-gift card not be exhausted by the expiration of the same, the Customer shall not be entitled to refunds of any kind.
• The e-gift card is not convertible into cash and the balance of the same cannot be returned to the Customer in any form.
• If the e-gift value is insufficient to make the desired purchase, the missing amount must be paid by the Customer using the payment methods accepted on the website www.missbikini.it

 

Loss or theft

La e-gift card is bearer, non-nominative and can be used by anyone who has the unique code to make a purchase on the website www.missbikini.it. The cardholder is solely responsible for the use and custody of the card. If lost, the holder can promptly contact the Missbikini.it customer care provider and request that the e-gift card be blocked and a new code be obtained to use the remaining amount. L’ The total or remaining amount of the e-gift card is not refundable under any circumstances.
No liability for improper or fraudulent use of the e-gift card by third parties may be attributed to the Seller.

Conditions of use

L'issuing and using an e-gift card implies acceptance of these conditions of use, which can be found on the website www.missbikini.it and are valid until explicitly modified or replaced.

Correct use of the E-GIFT CARD

The Seller reserves the right to verify the correct use of the e-gift card and to intervene in the event of any confirmed violations.
E-gift cards obtained by any fraudulent or illegal means shall be considered null and void.

 

 

Right of withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal following the purchase of goods on the Missbikini.it website using an e-gift card, you must follow the procedures indicated in the appropriate section of the website.

L’return amount will be available again on the e-gift card balance or returned with an equivalent additional code after the goods to be returned have arrived at the warehouses and quality control has been carried out by our staff to verify their integrity.
