EXCHANGES AND RETURNS FOR ITALY ORDERS
Do you want to make an exchange or return a product? You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it for any reason and without penalty.
Choose the return method:
RETURN USER REGISTERED ON THE SITE
1. Access your order history via your personal online profile - Account
2. Click on "Return" on the order you wish to return.
3. Fill out the return request form and specify your preferred return method in the notes (home collection or delivery to the collection point)
4. If you are making an exchange, add the desired size/color in the notes
5. Once the return has been approved, you will receive the instructions relating to the chosen return method by email.
RETURN TO COLLECTION POINT: deliver the package to a collection point convenient to you.

RETURNS BY COURIER TO HOME: book the parcel collection at home by sending an email to customerservice@eshoplogistic.com .
- The courier will give you all the information to deliver your package and will print the label for you to stick on.
RETURN FOR USERS NOT REGISTERED ON THE SITE
Choose the parcel return method:

Fill out the return request form by entering the order information and select the most convenient collection point;

Print the return label you receive by email when the return is approved;

Prepare the package;

Deliver the package to the selected collection point.
HOME DELIVERY BY COURIER

request the return by sending an email to both email addresses: shop@missbikini.com and to customerservice@eshoplogistic.com , inserting:
- Item codes to withdraw or exchange
- The desired collection date

Agree on the day and time slot of the return. L label will be provided directly by the courier
NB The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, unmodified in any way and equipped with all its tags and accessories.
In the event that the product you have decided to return shows signs of wear or is missing elements integrating the same and/or accessories (e.g. closures, laces, buckles, etc.) the right of withdrawal will lapse and we will to return the purchased product without issuing any refund.
The return must be sent from the same country where the order was placed. We will not accept any returns from a different country.
Once the integrity of the returned item(s) has been checked we will refund you within 15 working days using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
REDUCED RETURN COSTS
Exchange is always free.
For the return you will be charged a shipping cost of 5 euros for the total returns of the order. Any shipping costs incurred in shipping the order will also be deducted from the refund.
In case you choose to make a partial return (keeping some items from the order), the return will be completely free.
If you choose to use the Coupon or Store Credit option, the shipping costs will always be free.
The Store credit can be spent on the Missbikini.it website within 12 months of receiving it by e-mail and cannot be combined with other coupons.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS FOR ORDERS FROM ABROAD
You can choose to use your trusted courier or go to a post office for the shipment of your return. Make sure you do not exceed 30 days after receiving your order.
Before proceeding with the shipment, you must make the return request online.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS FOR NON-REGISTERED USERS
1. Send an email to shop@missbikini.com , specifying:
- the codes of the items to be returned
- if you are making an exchange, the new size/color desired.
For the shipment of your return you can choose the courier you prefer or go to a post office by sending your return to the following address: E-SHOP LOGISTIC SRL -VIA I MAY 1, 20070 SAN ZENONE AL LAMBRO -MILAN
The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, unmodified in any way and equipped with all its tags and accessories.
