EXCHANGES AND RETURNS FOR ITALY ORDERS

Vuoi effettuare un cambio o restituire un prodotto? Hai a disposizione 14 giorni dalla ricezione del tuo ordine per effettuare un reso per qualsiasi motivo.

Choose the return method: 

RETURN USER REGISTERED ON THE SITE

1.     Accedi alla tua cronologia ordini, tramite il tuo profilo personale online - Account

2. Click on "Return" on the order you wish to return.

3. Fill out the return request form and specify your preferred return method in the notes (home collection or delivery to the collection point)

4. If you are making an exchange, add the desired size/color in the notes

5. Once the return has been approved, you will receive the instructions relating to the chosen return method by email.

 

RETURN TO COLLECTION POINT: deliver the package to a collection point convenient to you.

  1. Compila il form di richiesta reso inserendo le informazioni ordine e seleziona il punto ritiro più comodo;

  2. Stampa l’etichetta di reso che riceverai via mail una volta che il reso sarà approvato;

  3. Prepare the package;

  4. Deliver the package to the selected collection point.

 

RESO CON CORRIERE A DOMICILIO: prenota il ritiro del tuo pacco, inviando un'email a customerservice@eshoplogistic.com. 

  1. Il corriere ti darà tutte le informazioni per consegnare il tuo pacco e stamperà per te l'etichetta da incollare. Non è necessaria la stampa di nessuna etichetta. Penserà il corriere a tutto

 

RETURN FOR USERS NOT REGISTERED ON THE SITE

Choose the parcel return method:

RETURNED TO COLLECTION POINT

  1. Fill out the return request form by entering the order information and select the most convenient collection point;

  2. Stampa l’etichetta di reso che riceverai via mail una volta che il reso sarà approvato;

  3. Prepare the package;

  4. Deliver the package to the selected collection point.

HOME DELIVERY BY COURIER

  1. Richiedi il reso inviando un'email a entrambi gli indirizzi email: shop@missbikini.com e a customerservice@eshoplogistic.com, inserendo:

  • Item codes to withdraw or exchange
  • The desired collection date

  1. Concorda la giornata e fascia oraria del reso. L'etichetta ti sarà fornita direttamente dal corriere

 

NB The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, unmodified in any way and equipped with all its tags and accessories.

Nel caso in cui il prodotto che hai deciso di restituire presenti segni di usura o si presenti mancante di elementi integranti lo stesso e/o accessori (ad. Es. chiusure, lacci, fibbie, imbottiture interne ecc.) viene a decadere il diritto di recesso e provvederemo a rispedire il prodotto acquistato senza emettere nessun rimborso.
The return must be sent from the same country where the order was placed. We will not accept any returns from a different country.
Una volta controllata l’integrità dell’articolo/articoli restituiti provvederemo a rimborsarti entro 15 giorni lavorativi dal momento di ricezione del reso nel nostro magazzino, utilizzando lo stesso metodo di pagamento che hai utilizzato per la transazione iniziale, salvo diverso accordo.

 

REDUCED RETURN COSTS

Exchange is always free.

Per il reso ti sarà addebitato un costo di spedizione del valore di 5 euro.

If you choose to use the Coupon or Store Credit option, the shipping costs will always be free.

The Store credit can be spent on the Missbikini.it website within 12 months of receiving it by e-mail and cannot be combined with other coupons.

Puoi scegliere di avvalerti di un tuo corriere di fiducia o recarti presso un ufficio postale per la spedizione del tuo reso. Assicurati di non superare il termine di 14 giorni dalla ricezione del tuo ordine.
Before proceeding with the shipment, you must make the return request online. 

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS USER REGISTERED ON THE SITE

1. Access your order history via your personal online profile - Account

2. Click on "Return" on the order you wish to return.

Non si accettano richieste di cambio per ordini spediti fuori dall'Italia.

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS FOR NON-REGISTERED USERS

1. Send an email to shop@missbikini.com , specifying:

  • the codes of the items to be returned
  • if you are making an exchange, the new size/color desired.

 
For the shipment of your return you can choose the courier you prefer or go to a post office by sending your return to the following address: E-SHOP LOGISTIC SRL -VIA I MAY 1, 20070 SAN ZENONE AL LAMBRO -MILAN

 
The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, unmodified in any way and equipped with all its tags and accessories.
 
Nel caso in cui il prodotto che hai deciso di restituire presenti segni di usura o si presenti mancante elementi integranti lo stesso e/o accessori (ad. Es. chiusure, lacci, fibbie, imbottiture ecc.) viene a decadere il diritto di recesso e provvederemo a restituirti il prodotto acquistato senza emettere il rimborso.
 
Una volta controllata l’integrità dei prodotti ricevuti provvederemo a rimborsarti entro 15 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricezione della merce in magazzino, utilizzando lo stesso metodo di pagamento che hai utilizzato per la transazione iniziale, salvo diverso accordo. Dal rimborso non verrà detratto nessun costo per il reso ma solo le spese di spedizione pagate inizialmente per ricevere il tuo ordinis.
