Once the integrity of the goods and seals has been verified, MISS BIKINI will refund the customer within 15 working days from the date of return of the goods to the company.
It will be the customer's responsibility to provide MISS BIKINI with their bank details (necessary only in the case of orders paid by cash on delivery) in order to obtain a refund of the amount paid, excluding the shipping costs initially paid.
You can choose between two return methods:

RETURN TO COLLECTION POINT: activate the return and choose the most convenient collection point by filling out the following return request form .

RETURN WITH HOME COURIER: To activate the return and download the return form, you must log in to your account, click inside your order and download the form. Or if the purchase was made without registering, you can proceed by sending an email to the following address to book the collection: shop@missbikini.com

Conditions of the right of withdrawal:
The Right of Withdrawal is considered to be correctly exercised if the following conditions are also fully respected:
• The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
• Perfumes must be in the original, unopened packaging, with the protective film intact. In addition, the product must include all external packaging;
• The identification tag must still be attached to products with a single-use seal;
• Products must be returned in their original packaging;
• Returned products must be sent to Miss Bikini in a single shipment. Miss Bikini, in fact, reserves the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;
• Miss bikini must receive the returned products within fourteen (14) working days from the date you received the products.
Returns from countries in the European Union
For returns from countries within the European Union, it is not possible to make return reservations. The customer will independently and at his own expense organize the return of the goods
Returns from non-EU countries
Returns from countries outside the European Union are not accepted.

We invite you to pay the utmost attention when selecting the color of the product for sale.
Any errors in the choice of the selected color variant cannot be attributed in any way to Fashion Online SRLS. To this end, it is recommended that during the online purchase, you pay due attention to the choice of the color variant shown in the circles on the right regardless of the pattern worn by the model in the photo.
The return shipping is at the customer's expense except in cases where errors have occurred on the part of Fashion Online SRLS (defective items, incorrect size).
In case of returns due to errors by the Fashion Online SRLS Company (wrong size, non-compliant color, etc.) simply send an email to shop@missbikini.com indicating the order number / receipt number / items you wish to return and briefly explaining your request. In this case, the company will respond as soon as possible, providing all the information necessary for the correct resolution of the problem.
