Refunds Policy

Once the integrity of the goods and seals has been verified, MISS BIKINI will refund the customer within 15 working days of the return date of the goods.

It will be the customer's care to provide MISS BIKINI with the bank details (necessary only in the case of orders paid on cash on delivery) in order to obtain the return of the amount paid not including the shipping costs paid initially.
You can choose between two return methods:  

• RETURN AT PICKUP POINT: Activate the return and choose the most convenient pick-up point by filling out the following request form made.

• RETURN WITH HOME COURIER: To activate the return and download the return form you must log in to your account, click inside your order and download the form. Or if the purchase was made without registering, you can proceed by sending an email to the following address to book the collection: shop@missbikini.com
  
  If you encounter problems downloading the form you can send the return to the following address, only prior authorisation by the Miss Bikini company:

Conditions of the right of withdrawal:

The Right of Withdrawal shall be understood to be exercised correctly where the following conditions are also fully complied with
• Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;

• Perfumes must be in their original packaging and unopened, with the protective film intact. Additionally the product must include all outer wrappers;

• The identification tag must still be attached to products with a disposable seal;

• Products must be returned in their original packaging;

• Returned products must be sent to Miss Bikini in one shipment only. Miss Bikini, in fact, reserves the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;

• Miss bikini must receive returned products within fourteen (14) business days from the date you received the products.

Returns from countries in the European Union

For returns from countries within the European Union, return reservations cannot be made. It will be the customer, independently and at his own expense, who will organize the return of the goods

Returns from Non-EU countries

Returns from countries outside the European Union are not accepted.

Attention!

We encourage you to take great care when selecting the color of the product for sale.

Any errors in the choice of the selected color variant cannot be attributed to Fashion Online SRLS in any way. To this end, it is recommended to pay due attention when purchasing online to the choice of the color variant shown in the headbands on the right regardless of the pattern worn by the model in the photo.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer except in cases where there have been errors by Fashion Online SRLS (defective garments, incorrect size).
In case of returns following errors by the Fashion Online SRLS company (incorrect size, non-compliant color, etc…) it is sufficient to send an email to the address shop@missbikini.com indicating order number / tax receipt number / items you wish to return and briefly setting out your request. In this case the company will respond to you in the shortest possible time providing all the necessary indications for the right resolution of the problem.

Once the return has been received at the address shown it will be the care of Fashion Online SRLS to proceed with the refund within the 14 days period directly on the payment method used during the purchase (Credit Card, Paypal or Klarna)
If the order has been paid for on cash on delivery, the customer can send their bank details to the following email address: shop@missbikini.com and Receive your refund via bank transfer or request a voucher or credit on your account, which can ONLY be spent on the missbikini.it website
Fashion Online SRLS will proceed directly to refund in the established time.
To ensure that your return has arrived correctly at Fashion Online SRLS warehouses, simply monitor the shipping tracking code.
