Instructions for Exchanges and Returns

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS FOR ITALY ORDERS

Want to exchange or return a product? You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it for any reason.

Choose the return method: 

RETURN USER REGISTERED ON THE SITE

1. Access your order history, via your personal online profile - Account

2. Click on "Return" on the order you wish to return.

3. Fill in thereturn request formand specify in the notes your preferred return method (home collection or delivery to the collection point)

4. If you are making an exchange, add the desired size/color in the notes

5. Once the return has been approved, you will receive the instructions relating to the chosen return method by email.

 

RETURN TO COLLECTION POINT: deliver the package to a collection point convenient to you.

1. Fill out the return request form by entering your order information and selecting the most convenient collection point;

2. Print the return label that you will receive by email once the return has been approved;

3. Prepare the package;

4. Deliver the package to the selected collection point.

 

RETURN WITH COURIER TO HOME: book the collection of your package by sending an email to s hop@missbikini.com

1. The courier will give you all the information to deliver your package and will print the label for you to stick. You do not need to print any label. The courier will take care of everything

 

RETURN FOR USERS NOT REGISTERED ON THE SITE

Choose the parcel return method:

RETURNED TO COLLECTION POINT

1. Fill out the return request form by entering your order information and selecting the most convenient collection point;

2. Print the return label that you will receive by email once the return has been approved;

3. Prepare the package;

4. Deliver the package to the selected collection point.

HOME DELIVERY BY COURIER

1. Request a return by sending an email to both email addresses: shop@missbikini.com , entering:

• Item codes to withdraw or exchange
• The desired collection date

2. Agree on the day and time slot for the return. L'label will be provided to you directly by the courier

 

NB The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, unmodified in any way and equipped with all its tags and accessories.

In the event that the product you have decided to return shows signs of wear or is missing integral elements and/or accessories (e.g. closures, laces, buckles, internal padding, etc.), the right of withdrawal will lapse and we will resend the purchased product without issuing any refund.
The return must be sent from the same country where the order was placed. We will not accept any returns from a different country.
Once the integrity of the returned item/items has been checked, we will refund you within15 working days from the moment of receiving the return in our warehouse,using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

 

RETURN COSTS

Exchange is always free.

For the return you will be charged a shipping cost of 5 euros

If you choose to use the Coupon or Store Credit option, the shipping costs will always be free.

The Store credit can be spent on the Missbikini.it website within 12 months of receiving it by e-mail and cannot be combined with other coupons.

NB ALWAYS AND ONLY the amount of the purchased item will be refunded, at the purchase value. Initial shipping costs are NEVER refunded, except for problems directly attributable to Miss Bikini

 
RETURNS FOR ORDERS FROM ABROAD (EUROPEAN UNION)
 
You can choose to use your trusted courier or go to a post office to ship your return. Make sure you do not exceed 14 days from the receipt of your order.
Before proceeding with the shipment, you must make the return request online.

Exchange requests are not accepted for orders shipped outside of Italy.

NB Orders placed from countries outside the European Union cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS FOR NON-REGISTERED USERS

1. Send an email to shop@missbikini.com , specifying:

• the codes of the items to be returned
• if you are making an exchange, the new size/color desired.

 
To ship your return you can choose the courier you prefer or go to a post office and send your return to the following address:

The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, unmodified in any way and equipped with all its tags and accessories.

In case of purchase of Miss Bikini fragrances, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in the original and unopened packaging, with the protective film intact. It must include all external packaging, accessories and instructions. Open products without the protective film will not be accepted for return.

 
In the event that the product you have decided to return shows signs of wear or is missing integral elements and/or accessories (e.g. closures, laces, buckles, padding, etc.), the right of withdrawal will lapse and we will return the purchased product to you without issuing a refund.
 
Once the integrity of the products received has been checked, we will refund you within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the goods in the warehouse, using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No return costs will be deducted from the refund, but only the shipping costs initially paid to receive your order.is.
