Instructions for Changes and Returns

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS FOR ORDERS ITALY

Do you want to exchange or return a product? You have 14 days from receiving your order to make a return for any reason.

Choose the return mode: 

MADE A REGISTERED USER OF THE SITE

1.     Access your order history, through your personal online profile - Account

2.     Click on “Make Return” in the order you wish to return.  

3.     Fill in the return request form and specify in the notes your preferred return method (home pickup or delivery at the pickup point)

4.     If you are making a change, add the desired size/color in the notes

5.     When the return is approved you will receive by email instructions regarding the return method chosen.  

 

RETURN AT PICKUP POINT: Deliver your package at a pickup point convenient to you.  

  1. Fill in the request form made enter the order information and select the most convenient pickup point;

  2. Print the return label you will receive by email once the return is approved;

  3. Prepare the package;

  4. Deliver the package at the selected collection point.

 

RETURN WITH HOME COURIER: book the collection of your package, sending an email to shop@missbikini.com

  1. The courier will give you all the information to deliver your package and will print the label to be glued for you. No label printing is required. The courier will think of everything

 

RETURN FOR USERS NOT REGISTERED WITH THE SITE    

Choose the package return method:

 RETURNED AT THE PICK-UP POINT  

  1.  Fill in the request form made enter the order information and select the most convenient pickup point;

  2. Print the return label you will receive by email once the return is approved;

  3. Prepare the package;

  4. Deliver the package at the selected collection point.

RETURNED WITH HOME COURIER

  1. Request a return by sending an email to both email addresses: shop@missbikini.com, inserting:

  • Codes of items to be withdrawn or changed
  •  The desired withdrawal date  

  1. Agree on the return day and time slot. L'label will be provided to you directly by the courier

 

NB The product must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received it: unworn, unwashed, unmodified in any way, and equipped with all its tags and accessories.

In case the product you have decided to return shows signs of wear or is missing integral elements the same and/or accessories (ad. E.g. closures, laces, buckles, internal padding, etc.) the right of withdrawal expires and we will send the purchased product back without issuing any refund.
The return must be sent from the same country where the order was placed. We will not accept any returns from a different country.
Once we have checked the integrity of the returned item/items we will provide you with a refund within 15 working days from the moment of receipt of the return in our warehouse,  using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

 

RETURN COSTS

The change is always free.

For the return you will be charged a shipping cost worth 5 euros

If you choose to take advantage of the Coupon or Store Credit option, shipping costs will always be free.

Store credit can be spent on the Missbikini.it website within 12 months from receiving the same by email and it is not cumulative with other coupons.

NB ONLY EVER will be refunded the amount of the item purchased, at the purchase value. Initial shipping costs are NEVER refunded, except for issues directly attributable to Miss Bikini

 
RETURNS FOR ORDERS FROM ABROAD (EUROPEAN UNION)
 
You can choose to use your own trusted courier or go to a post office to have your return shipped. Make sure you do not exceed the 14-day deadline after receiving your order.
Before shipping you must make the return request online.  

CHANGE AND RETURNS REGISTERED USER TO THE SITE

1.     Access your order history through your personal online profile - Account

2.     Click on “Make Return” in the order you wish to return.  

3.     Fill out the return request form  

Exchange requests are not accepted for orders shipped outside Italy.

NB Orders placed by countries outside the European Union can neither be exchanged nor returned.

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS FOR UNREGISTERED USERS

1. Send an email to shop@missbikini.com, specifying:

  • the codes of the articles to be rendered
  • if you are making an exchange, the new size/color you want.

 
For your return shipping, you can choose the courier you prefer or go to a post office by shipping your return to the following address:

IThe product must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received it: unworn, unwashed, unmodified in any way, and equipped with all its tags and accessories.

In case of purchase of Miss Bikini fragrances, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in the original unopened packaging, with the protective film intact. It must include all outer wrappers, accessories and instructions. Products that are open and do not have a protective film will not be accepted for return. 


 
In case the product you have decided to return shows signs of wear or is missing integral elements and/or accessories (ad. E.g. closures, laces, buckles, padding, etc.) the right of withdrawal expires and we will return the purchased product to you without issuing a refund.
 
Once we have checked the integrity of the products received we will provide you with a refund within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the goods in stock, using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No return fee will be deducted from your refund but only the shipping costs you initially paid to receive your orderand.
