How long does my shipment take?
Shipping an order to Italy generally takes 3 to 5 working days.

 

How much does shipping cost in Italy?

Shipping to Italy costs €8.00

For shipping orders containing bags, shipping has an additional cost of €5.00

 

How much does shipping abroad cost?
Shipping abroad has a variable cost, depending on the country of origin.

For shipments to the EU, shipping starts from €15.00

For shipping orders containing bags, shipping has an additional cost of €5.00

For countries outside the European Union, the customer is expected to pay duties/taxes. These customs charges depend on the country of destination of the goods and cannot be calculated in advance. Upon customs clearance, the customer must provide for their payment

 

Can I return an item?
The return can be exercised within 14 days from the day of receipt of the purchased products, choosing between one of the return options (collection point or home collection). You can find the instructions for activating the return here .

It is understood that, according to the provisions of article 67 of the Consumer Code, the substantial integrity of the product is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal: therefore, used and/or damaged items will not be reimbursed following ordinary use.
The returned goods will be refunded by reversing the original payment transaction, within a few days from the date of verification of the return.

Can I return a perfume?

You can return Miss Bikini fragrances within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is returned intact, unopened and in the same packaging in which it was delivered.

 

How much does the return cost?

Returning a product costs €5.00

The amount of the returned items will be refunded, at the purchase value. The initial shipping costs are NEVER refunded, except for problems directly attributable to Miss Bikini.

Miss Bikini offers the opportunity to receive a refund via VOUCHER that can be spent within 12 months ONLY on the official website https://missbikini.it on any other product. In this case, the return costs will not be charged

 

If the size doesn't fit, can I exchange it?

For customers who have placed an order from Italy, it is possible to exchange it for any other size, color or product available for the same or lower amount on the site https://missbikini.it

The exchange is always free. If the selected item has a lower cost than the one previously purchased, the difference will be refunded to the chosen payment method or via a coupon that can be spent ONLY on the site.

It is not possible to make changes for any order outside the national territory (Italy).
