How long does my shipment take?
Shipping an order to Italy generally takes 3 to 5 working days.

 

How much does shipping to Italy cost?

Shipping to Italy costs €8.00  

For shipping orders containing bags, shipping has a cost increased by €5.00

 

How much does shipping abroad cost?
Shipping abroad varies in cost, depending on the country of origin.

For shipments to EU, shipping is from €15.00

For shipping orders containing bags, shipping has a cost increased by €5.00

For countries outside the European Union, the customer is expected to pay duties/taxes. These customs charges depend on the country of fate of the goods and cannot be calculated in advance. At customs clearance the customer shall provide for their payment

 

Can I return a boss?
Return can be exercised within 14 days from the day of receipt of the purchased products, sceiling between one of the returned options (pickup point or home pickup). You can find instructions to activate the return here.

It is understood that, according to the provisions of article 67 of the Consumer Code, the substantial integrity of the product is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal: used and/or deteriorated items will therefore not be refunded as a result of ordinary use.
Returned goods will be refunded by reversal of the original payment transaction, within a few days of the return verification date.

Can I return a perfume?

Miss Bikini fragrances can be returned within 14 days of the order arrival date, as long as the product is returned intact, unopened, and in the same wrapper as delivered.

 

How much does the return cost?

Returning a product costs €5.00

The amount of returned garments is refunded, at the purchase value. Initial shipping costs are NEVER refunded, except for issues directly attributable to Miss Bikini.

Miss Bikini offers the opportunity to receive your refund via VOUCHER spendable within 12 months ONLY on the official website https://missbikini.it on any other product. In such case, the return costs will not be charged

 

If the size doesn't fit, can I change it?

For customers who placed an order from Italy, you can exchange for any other size, color, or product available of equal or lower value within the site https://missbikini.it

The change is always free. If the selected item has a lower cost than the one previously purchased, the difference will be refunded on the chosen payment method or via a coupon that can be spent ONLY on the site.

No exchanges can be made for any order outside the national territory (Italy).
