AUTHENTICITY
Models and designs are protected as Community Models or Designs not registered under Article 11 of Council Regulation EC No 6/02 of 12 December 2001 in addition to any other rights.
Any reproduction even partial shall be prosecuted under the law.
Drawing, Pattern, Printing and Embroidery are protected pursuant to Royal Decree 1411/40 and L.633/41 for Copyright. Any counterfeiting and/or imitation, even partial, will be prosecuted by law.
AUTHENTICITY
Models and design are protected as Community Models or Drawings not registered according to the Italian law art. 11 of the European Regulatory Requirements N. 6/02 of the Council 12 December 2001 in addition to other possible franchise. Each reproduction also partial will be prosecuted according to the law.
Design, Model, Print and Embroidery are protected according to the Italian law RD1411/40 and L. 633/41 concerning rights of authorship. Each counterfeit and/or imitation, also partial, will be prosecuted by the law.
